In 1998, Western Carpet Care (WCC) had humble beginnings operating from a home office initially offering the standard services of a carpet cleaning company. In order to launch WCC, a small sacrifice was made of selling our boat to raise funds in order to purchase our first truck mount machine. We placed a business card sized ad in the local yellow pages and we were off to a respectable start. 3 years later, as we provided outstanding service and gained steady clientele, we moved out of the home office and into our first official business location on Pershing Ave in San Bernardino. We then acquired a C15 Flooring Contractor's License and expanded our operations to include full scale water damage restoration along with flooring sales and installations. We outgrew our location and, by God's grace, we were able to move our business to a location that could efficiently house all our operations from storing water damage restoration equipment and trucks, providing comfortable business offices, opening our gorgeous flooring showroom, and receiving flooring shipments. In our 9th year of operation, we added a B class general contractor's license allowing us to add reconstruction services to our repetoire.
